Season 2

Second season of ‘Did you know…’, in collaboration with La Perifèrica Produccions. A show driven by curiosity, anecdotes, knowledge, and wisdom, hosted by the versatile actor Toni Pons.

‘Did you know…’ retains the aesthetics that characterized its first season: vibrant colors and signs that combine the nostalgia of the 80s with the pace of TV game shows. The virtual roulette is spinning again, stopping at some of the classic board game categories: Science and Nature, Sports, Cooking and Gastronomy, Geography, Art and Literature, History and Society, and Entertainment. Each piece brings us knowledge we might not have known, along with a surprise, a smile, or an “wow!”

All this knowledge in this season of ‘Did you know…’ is complemented by the contributions of a group of children, who view the world through their unique lens. They are the stars of the Mini-pedia, a range of boys and girls whose reflections and answers make us reflect, surprise us, or burst into laughter. As a counterpoint, ‘Did you know…’ has also created the Maxi-pedia—perhaps they could be its godparents!—the culmination of experience and the perspective that comes with years.

The program covers a wide range of thematic topics, which this season are explored monographically in each episode. We’re talking about animals, dance, tourism, trees, architecture… always starting from the geographical axis of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, and Formentera. Furthermore, just like in the first season, it features appearances by Telesavis: from Joan Martí or Xesca Cifre to Santi Taura or Caterina Adrover. The stars of the Balearic TV universe who subject themselves to the unique, trivial, and fun questionnaire of ‘Did you know…?’

The second season of ‘Did you know…?’ is an invitation to continue exploring the reality of the islands and the world from a playful perspective, with the joyful collaboration of the young, the wisdom of the elders, and the magic of television.

Season 1

‘Did you know…?’ An original cultural entertainment program.

Actor Toni Pons hosts a unique program on IB3 where, in a relaxed yet reliable manner, both local and universal facts and data are presented, suitable for all curious audiences.

‘Did you know…?’ is the new offering from IB3 TV, in collaboration with La Perifèrica produccions. An entertainment program where the great wheel of the show is in charge. The one responsible for spinning it is the master of ceremonies, Toni Pons. The wheel will determine the theme to discover: Geography, history, science and nature, cooking, art and literature are some of the categories where the wheel can stop, revealing facts that will surely surprise you. For example, did you know that the heart of a blue whale is the size of a Mini Cooper, or that Mallorca has the highest density of sundials per square meter in the world?

Interviews, creative processes, unique experiences, and reports from complete teams will complement the program’s sections.

In addition, we will have familiar faces, such as Miquel Montoro, Neus Albis, Toni Gomila, Llum Barrera… who will undergo a unique interrogation to test their sense of humor.
